My partner is thinking about purchasing her wedding dress online. We are interested to know if anyone has purchased their dress online, what experience they had, which they used (web address would be great) and whether they would recommend it. The dress I bought looked so plain on the hanger, but the way it curved my body, made me look like a princess!

She was thinking about using angel wedding dress to order her dress. Their dresses are around the $400 mark, which is far cheaper than bridal shops. Are these dresses legitimate? Has anyone ordered a dress from angel wedding dress before? If so how was your experience with dealing with them and would you recommend them? I chose an a-line dress which looks good on all body types. Be sure that what you order is something you'll look good in. $400 still isn't cheap. Check bib online to check out the website.

You want a beautiful wedding! Times are tough at the moment...we all understand! We're all going through financial issues at the moment...oh, congrats on getting married! That is so cute! the best moment is when the bride first walks in and everyone admires the bride...at that moment, turn and see the grooms face...it's the face of true love :) ok sorry got a bit distracted.

No you are not being selfish and it is very possible with having a wedding on a budget. I am a budget bride!!! My bridesmaids are going to buy all of their own stuff but I think that is the norm for typical stuff. I chose short black cocktail dresses because I knew that they all had black dresses and also shoes and accessories. I am having the ceremony and reception at my church which saved me money.

Check the return policy of the dress site, too. Once a dress is altered most places can't take it back, but perhaps they will accept returns for unaltered dresses. Every wedding dress purchase doesn't have to be like something out of "Say Yes to the Dress". I would just make sure they had some kind of guarantee/return policy that I could live with, and be sure to order it in plenty of time beforehand.
